Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy are valid for 30 days from receipt of the product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

Goods may be returned if:

  • They are in their original unopened packaging, in good condition and bear a valid expiry date.
  • It is clear the goods were defective and or spoilt on receipt.
  • In this case, the Customer must inform The Lions Raw within 24 hours of receiving the product, of the problem.
  • It is evident that they have not been used or subjected to adverse conditions and/or are not “shop” damaged.
  • They are packed separately from other goods.
  • Return costs are born by the returnee.
  • If however, it is apparent that the product was spoilt or damaged in transit to the Customer, The Lions Raw will bear the cost of returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after a few days, first check your Bank Account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund officially reflects.

Next contact your Bank. There is often some processing time before a refund reflects.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thelionsraw.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thelionsraw.com to arrange the return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you so you may purchase another product from The Lions Raw.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

Once we confirm that the product is indeed defective and eligible for return, we will provide you with the return location details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Invoice number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at time of arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

Retail Purchases

Customers should return products they purchased via a Retail outlet, to the outlet where they purchased the product – remember to retain your proof of purchase.
